Zeblaze VIBE 5: Unboxing
Like any Zeblaze product, it has a nice external box that looks much more expensive than it costs.
I received a gray small square box with a watch and the name of the company and model on the face.
Inside the box, I found a clock, an instruction manual in English and a two-pin magnetic charging cable.
Well, now it’s time to talk about appearance.
Zeblaze VIBE 5: Design and Appearance
Zeblaze VIBE 5 watches are very similar to the previous model VIBE 3 Pro. Namely – the size and resolution of the screen in both models are identical – 1.3 inches and 240 x 240 pixels.
If we have already started talking about the screen, then it is worth noting that it does not touch. It is controlled by four keys, two on each side. On the left side of the button – you can turn on and change the design of dials, and on the right side of the button to switch to various functions. We will talk more about them below.
The weight of the new watch is 65 grams, the diameter of the dial is 51.5 mm, the thickness is 14.7 mm. If you recall, the previous model was a little lighter and thinner.

The appearance of VIBE 5 in our test is made of metal alloy, so they do not feel light in the hand. The quality of the assembly and materials is definitely good, considering its price up to $40.
On the back of the watch are a heart rate sensor and a two-pin connector for charging the device.
Also, you can see that this model has the ability to replace the strap on any other. Therefore, you can buy a leather strap, if the standard does not like you.
The watch strap is made of silicone and is very pleasant to the touch. Its length ranges from 135 to 230 mm and the thickness is 26 mm.
In addition, the watch is protected from water and dust standard 5 ATM, so you can safely swim in them in the sea or in the pool to a depth of 50 meters.
The new model Zeblaze VIBE 5 in the test has slightly changed in design compared to previous models and definitely for the better. There is protection from water and you can not be afraid to wet your watch while swimming. You can also easily remove the strap and change to any other if the standard is worn out.
Zeblaze VIBE 5: Functions
When you turn on the watch Zeblaze VIBE 5, we can see a large amount of information on the main screen. Completed steps, heart rate, month and date, day of the week, time, calories and distance traveled are all on the main dial.
You can also change the design of the dials by holding the top power button or in the application settings. In total, I found 5 variants of dials.
When switching buttons on the right side up or down, I found the following functions – steps, calories, distance traveled, heart rate, sleep tracking and notification.
Also in the function menu, there are eight training modes – in the room or in the gym, on the street or on a bicycle.
I want to conduct heart rate accuracy tests with the Galaxy Watch smartwatches. As you can see from the results below, both models have the same result – 78 beats per minute. Zeblaze VIBE 5 definitely surprised me, as the price of up to $40 has a similar heart rate result as for $200 smartwatches.
All other functions of Zeblaze VIBE 5 are similar to any models of fitness trackers, so I will not describe in more detail about each function. They are all simple and clear to use, both in everyday life and in training.
Zeblaze VIBE 5: Connections and Application
The smart fitness tracker Zeblaze VIBE 5 has a wireless connection – this is Bluetooth version 4.0. This is not the newest version of Bluetooth, but not everyone will use a permanent connection with a mobile device.
The watch is able to interface with both Android and iOS devices. You can download QR codes from the instructions or on the play market of your device. The application is called – Wearhealth.
In the main menu of the application, you can analyze the steps and distance traveled, heart rate and sleep.
In the settings, you can select the following categories – alarm clock, notification of calls and messages, time format and more.
Naturally, Zeblaze VIBE 5 watches do not have a wireless Wi-Fi network, GPS connectivity, and wireless NFC payment.
Zeblaze VIBE 5: Battery
Given the simple OS of the functions and the minimum wireless number of connections, the Zeblaze VIBE 5 watch can work up to 5 days.
Inside the case, there is a 180 mAh battery, as on the previous model.
Of course, the battery life of Zeblaze VIBE 5 will be better than in smartwatches based on Android. When compared with smart bracelets, autonomy is not great. Also, consider the color IPS screen.
Zeblaze VIBE 5: Conclusions and Reviews
The smart fitness tracker Zeblaze VIBE 5 with a large and bright screen certainly wins over many models of fitness devices, even the latest generation Mi Band 4.
Build quality and design as for its price are made well, during testing I did not have any complaints.
The presence of water protection 5 ATM will allow you to swim in the water under the water up to 50 meters. Also, at any time you can change the watch strap due to the standard strap width.
The functionality is similar to any fitness trackers, and it is worth noting that the accuracy of the heart rate is similar to a smartwatch for $200.
For your price, this is a good investment if you want a cute and practical fitness tracker with a large color screen.

Design – we have a chance to review the Zeblaze Vibe 3 smartwatch. It is a sporty looking smartwatch with FSTN display and with long battery life. Now the smartwatch is back with the Zeblaze Vibe 3 HR, this time with an upgraded feature especially for the screen.
The smartwatch has the same design, similar looking bezel, steel alloy and with a silicon strap but has a better display. The Zeblaze Vibe 3 HR has an IPS display, it is 1.22” inch color screen protected by the 4th generation Corning glass diplay. Still, it has physical buttons to operate the device and the overall smartwatch has an IP67 waterproof rating.
Under the Hood – the smartwatch Zeblaze Vibe 3 HR has a heart rate monitor, proximity sensor and accelerometer, multiple exercise mode, call and text messages, calendar alerts as well as all day activity record.
